I had such a blast in my two bedroom apartment jacuzzi! the outside space felt huge. it had a comfortable sofa and loungers. I totally relaxed there!
I found the tvs were not working. the remotes felt out of date and even broken. That was annoying. the room seemed a bit out of date. It could use a refresh

the pool was heated just right, and i did like that.
The tv did not work and the remote was broken, so i could not watch anything. the room felt quite dated, the en-suite bedroom door did not open properly because it was out of the frame. i also found the night staff to be very unprofessional. A young lady was badmouthing us to her colleague on the phone after she saw i understood spanish.

the apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.
the bed was very hard, and i did not sleep well. also, the walls seemed thin. i could hear my neighbors talking and moving furniture at all hours. this made relaxing difficult, and i often felt tired during the day.

i found the staff helpful and cute. The location is ideal as it's close to the Europa centre. The balcony had perfect furniture, great for soaking up the sunshine.
the area for courtesy showers upon departure could use some improvement.

i loved the heated pool! it also had a nice pool bar. the apartments included everything we needed like equipment for cooking and a dishwasher.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with a big balcony. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. I especially liked the convenience of the dishwasher in the apartment. The courtesy bus to the beach was really appreciated.
I noticed some noise from a jacuzzi. It was buzzing as it recycled water all through the night. This was not ideal.

The pool bar staff were very nice and the food was good. It was easy to grab lunch and drinks while enjoying the pool area (especially the cocktails!).
